  • Bishop Brighton Malasa visits St.Francis Primary School!

    Mon 22 Sep 2014

We were delighted to welcome Bishop Brighton Malasa from Malawi this morning, along with reverend Tucker from the Birmingham Diocese.

It was fascinating to hear about life in Malawi and to see photographs of his country ‘The Warm Heart Of Africa’. During his tour of the school, he spent time in each class talking to the children about their learning and our High 5 values.

We presented Bishop Brighton with a handmade card from all of the children, a book illustrating St.Francis’s prayer, some Cadbury’s chocolate and a High 5 badge! We feel extremely honoured that Bishop Brighton has chosen to make links with our school and look forward to hearing from him again soon!
